Apple has skeletons in their closet

Bookmark and Share

I do not want to dock Apple.  I like Apple stuff, infact I have owned many iPods with no problems and no issues.  There is just the scary matter of the stories I hear of Apple covering up their support issues.

Ok, maybe saying they are doing a cover-up is a little too extreme.  This article is what triggered this post.

I know that Apple make great products, and their design style is fantastic, elegant, and pushes the whole market to evolve.  My problem is how they deal with a client when they have an issue.  They pretend it does not exist, or that the client is at fault.  I personnally have had to deal with Apple Support on the phone, they made me feel like an idiot and I did not know what I was doing with my iPod.  That was almost 4 years ago, and I have had other apple products since, but when I had issues, I searched online for it and always found my answer.

Do a search online to see the past 'conspiracies' that Apple have covered up, there are some interesting reads, very similar to the fiasco that is going on at the moment with Toyota and their recalls.  Anytime there is digging around, there are skeletons found hanging in the closet.  I've come to expect it with everyone, nobody is perfect.

What am I getting at here? Not much really, just ranting.  I work in Tech Support myself, and I know first hand how difficult clients can be, but I learned how not to deal with them, but sort of control them.  It is what we say on the phone that triggers the responces from the caller.  If everyone was a little more relaxed and understanding, things would go so much smoother.

I guess that is what makes us human?

No? that my was try at philosophy...
