I never intended to post about games on this site, but when i found out about this, i was sad.  Here is a game that has been in development probably since 1994, officially announced in 1997, and now 2009, still not released.  I was sent a link with great footage for the unfinished game.  As you can probably figure from my posts, i was waiting for this game.  Here are a few links and quotes from what i've found around the web about the game, as well as the video of the game.  It's really a shame this game will probably not see the light of day.

This is sort of a joke from the awful news i posted earlier about 3D Realms closing. The game has been in development probably soon after Duke Nukem 3d was released in 1996.  That makes it 12 years since the game has been in development 'hell'. There were 3 teasers, and many photos released through out the years, and many stores offered Pre-Orders.

Duke Nukem 3d is one of my favorite all time top 5 games.  I remember enjoying the long nights playing the single player game back in high school.  And then there was the deathmatch with friends other nights. You have got to love the Jet pack.  It was revolutionary, there were so many interactive parts of the levels.  Come on, in which other game can you flush a toilet?  I am eagerly waiting for Duke 4, but alas, it has been in development, forever.
