I watched the new trailer for the Tron sequel, Tron Legacy on AutoBlog. The name was changed from the intial name of TR2N. I like the new change, the 2 looked out of place. This trailer it actually looks interesting! From what I can tell it's a mixture of live action and 3d animation. There are many Easter eggs in movies, I enjoy getting a DVD and looking for them in the special features and then reading about them online. One such hollywood joke is the Wilhelm Scream. I don't know how it because famous, but the Wiki article does give a great background to the sound along with the sound clip. To be honest, i don't know what to expect from the soon to be released Prince of Persia: the Sands of Time movie. I liked the games, i played the original when i was a kid, and i enjoyed the recent trilogy from UbiSoft, heck i even played the mish mash that was Prince of Persia 3d. But this movie worries me. I look like another Dragon Ball Evolution style adaptation: cast an American white boy in the role meant for a person of another nationality. I will never understand why Hollywood tries to make a movie "white", but alas, it has been done, it will be done again and continue to be done.

I'll be honest, i'm a Star Trek fan, but i'm not a Trekkie. After watching Star Trek Voyager, and barely watching the last few seasons, i was getting tired of the same story being repeated. When i say Star Trek Enterprise, that's when i knew, the show was no longer in the right hands at Paramount, and it needed to end. Unfortunatly, it had a slow and painful death, only for an extremely fast reboot. It's funny how that happens, in only 2 years, we go from this, to this!
