I was looking if there was any sort of way to link my Media-center blog to WordPress, when i stumbled apon this interesting application. Not exactly a direct link to Windows Media Center, but a handy too indeed! Alex Rabe has created the tool called wordTube. There is also the newer version called simply wordTube 2.0.
The tool enables bloggers to post their own personnal videos to their blog in a YouTube or Google video type box. There are a few ways to do it, but i found that this is by far the easiest way. I like that i can create a playlist of videos if ever i move to making videos for the blog (who knows what will happen in the future). wordTube supports the streaming video format (Format .flv or .swf), sound files as MP3 and JPG, GIF or PNG type pictures.
